The first control is carried out by the operators that work on the production lines of the plant, in charge of controlling the quality of the production 24 hours a day, therefore guaranteeing the correct functioning of the automatic control equipment.
The second control level has the finality of confirming the results of the first test, integrating specific tests such as sealing checks, internal pressure and thermal shock, as well as monitoring the surface treatments. These controls are carried out according to the deadlines established by the internal laboratory.
An additional control level is performed by the Quality Assurance and Customer Service, whose role is to inform the customers about the quality characteristics required for each production and to support them on the bottling line after the purchase.
