Technical Development

Our Technical department develops up to 150 new drawings each month, which means 1800 new projects per year. More than 30% of these turn into glass samples and 15% of them become production orders. That’s how everyday our laboratory gives shape to the chemistry of imagination.

To undertake the technical development of the project from the original idea, means beginning an exciting creative process that involves several steps: from the creation of technical drawings to the making of the 3D drawings and renderings until the production of scale models 1:1 that can be made of resin, ABS and plexiglass, capable of giving scape to the most diverse inspirations without incurring into production line costs.

In order to satisfy even the most demanding customers, Vetri Speciali offers the possibility to produce a 40/50-unit sampling that represents the last step before the large-scale production of the bottle.

Once the technical drawing is approved by the customer, Vetri Speciali normally delivers the product in a limited amount of time.

Shapes

Customization

The Vetri Speciali bottles are ready to tell your story: the finish, the neck, the shoulder, the body and the base can host, either debossed or embossed, your signature, your brand, the image of your product and of your unique enterprise.

Colors

Glass is an ancient material with an extraordinary modernity and ductility: its transparency makes it the mean par excellence for the enhancing of the most delicate colors and disruptive tones that can enclose the finest shades.

Vetri Speciali offers more than 7000 items in 11 colors, making color an essential part of the bottle and testifying an inimitable creative experience with your product.

Finishes

The choice and the customization of the finish represent an important variable to the peculiarity and functionality of the bottle: in fact, thousands are the finishes that Vetri Speciali can apply to its containers, starting from the basic ones.

Dimensions

Our flexibility and experience allow us to produce miniature containers (4 cl) as well as 30-liter Melchisédec bottles without leaving out the large selection of shapes and sizes in between. Many sizes with a unique goal: to satisfy the customer’s needs.

Vetri Speciali’s minimum production batches is what makes the Company so unique. In fact, we are able to produce customized bottles in terms of shapes, colors, embossing and designs with a minimum order of only 6000 units for a 0.75 l bottles, 3000 units for Magnums, and a few hundred pieces when it comes to large formats: an extra-ordinary production that combines the largest industrial production with the smallest Company’s needs.
