Vetri Speciali has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in compliance with the legal provisions on the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001). From this Model, Vetri Speciali has drawn up its own Code of Ethics, a document that contains the ethical principles - such as fairness, loyalty, integrity, and transparency - that must inspire daily conduct in conducting business and in general in carrying out the business activity in all its expression, for the proper functioning, reliability and positive image of the Company.
The Code of Ethics and the Model are addressed to all employees, including managers, Directors, and Shareholders, as well as to external collaborators who work for the achievement of the Company's objectives, under the direction and supervision of the same. All these subjects are required to comply with the provisions contained therein, since failure to comply may result in harm to the Company and its image.
